This lovely 8 ins plate with glowing colours is entitled "Special Delivery" by Linda Pickens from the Man's
Best Friend plate collection. It shows a dog a (retriever?) sitting next to a newspaper which he is going to take to his master. It is boxed and in excellent condition.
