What does an Inventory cost?
 An Inventory is a record of the condition of the property and the items included in the tenancy agreement.
Having an independent Inventory will save you time and manpower and will make the resolution of disputes or disagreements easier and quicker.
The cost may depend on a number of circumstances.

- The number of living rooms and bedrooms
- The presence of gardens and other buildings
- If it is furnished or unfurnished
An Inventory may cost as little as £45-£50 for an apartment and £55-£60 for a house.
