The Minneapolis Institute of Arts (MIA) has just acquired a new Native American
shirt, and in doing so has returned it to its homeland after an absence of more than
300 years. "But it's not in Europe, it's not in Brooklyn, it's right here at home. So if
you're from the local Native American community, you can now see something
created by one of your ancestors - something older than the United States of
America - right here at the MIA." There's no other shirt like this anywhere," says
Horse Capture.

A 13-year planning dispute over one man's fight to live in a tipi in west Wales has
finally come to an end. Brig Oubridge has been told his three tents and gypsy-style
caravan on land near Llandeilo, know as Tipi Valley, is a lawful development. First
Minister Rhodri Morgan has written to the campaigner confirming the legal
permission. The campaigner first moved to Tipi Valley in 1979 and settled at his
present location in 1981.
